Membership in The Suburban Players is open to everyone. There is a membership fee which can be paid either in monthly installments or as a single yearly payment (with a discount). This allows you access to events and plays at the Playhouse either for free or with special member prices, and the possiblity of participating in our productions.
We have three member categories:
Youth
Single Adult
Couple
Children under 16 are included free in their parent’s membership
Whilst auditions for our productions are open, if selected to participate you will be given the option of either becoming a member, or paying a one-time fee of $20,000 (for 2024).
There are lots of things to do when you become a member. We have different dinners and events, which vary between sushi night and murder mystery dinners, themed dinners, costume parties, etc.
We have asados, sunday afternoon teas with play-readings, talent shows, and parties. Members get special prices to our events, and we are always keen on getting more people involved, so come along (and bring a friend).
We also have acting workshops that you can participate in with a preferential cost.
